Will I be charged for waiting time?

| ALL INCLUSIVE LIMO customers are privileged to free waiting time up to 15
minutes at residence and business office and 30 minutes on domestic
flights and 60 minutes on international flights.

How do I find my driver?
|
|
Your uniformed driver (suite and tie) will be holding a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to find him. The "meet and greet" is a great way to be welcomed by our company and it is free of charge (most company's charge $25.00 extra for this service).

What kind of vehicles?
|
All of our fleet are late model and luxurious.
Limbusines - can accommodate up to 40 passengers for the most stylish group transporatation available.
Luxury Vans - for all airport pickups can accommodate up to 10 passengers plus their luggage. For sight seeing or other than airport transit, the vans can accommodate up to 14 passengers.
Mini -Vans - accommodate up to 4 passengers and up to 6 suitcases.

When will you charge my credit card?
|
|
Your credit card will not be charged until the day off the service. Prepayments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler.

What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation "No Show"?
|
1. All No Shows will be charged full rate unless the customer
calls our dispatcher at 917-731-3587 at least 4 hours prior to reserved time of pickup.
2. Email us at limos@allinclusivelimo.com in the event your plans or flight have been changed.

How can I cancel and what is your Cancellation policy?
|
|
All cancellations (except for Limo Buses) made by email
or fax (516-785-2228 ) must be made 48 hours prior to reservation. All cancellations by phone (917-731-3587),
Outside New York 866-707-LIMO (866-707-5466) are to be made 4 hours before reservation.
All reservations made for limobuses or limbusines on any date,
the customer will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.You must provide your confirmation number for each reservation.

What is your "Service Guarantee"?
|
|
After you have received your "Confirmation Number" from ALLINCLUSIVELIMO.COM, your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you.
(Reservation must be made at least 24 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card.)
